Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused items in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable items

• Opened fragrances, beauty products, and personal care items for hygiene reasons.
• Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at purchase.
• Gift cards and digital products.

How to start a return

Contact our customer support team with your order number. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
